1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at support@trendflow.shop with your order number and reason.

Email support@trendflow.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for a photo of the item. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or process a direct refund — whichever is faster for you.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different color or bundle option if stock is available. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate.
